By using ZeroForget AI, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Service Description

ZeroForget AI is an enterprise knowledge intelligence platform that helps organizations capture, search, and act on organizational knowledge. We provide data source connectivity, AI-powered semantic search, knowledge gap detection, and expert routing.

Accounts and Workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Workspace owners must ensure all users comply with these terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Data Ownership

Your organization retains full ownership of all data ingested into ZeroForget. We claim no ownership rights over your content. Your data is never used to train AI models.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for:

• Any activity that is illegal or violates applicable laws
• Storing or processing data you do not have the right to use
• Attempting unauthorized access to other workspaces
• Interfering with the platform's operation or security

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, you can export your data before deletion. Data is fully deleted within 30 days of account termination.
