Workspace Data

Documents, conversations, and data that your organization ingests into ZeroForget remain the property of your organization. We process this data solely to provide our services.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized analytics to improve our platform, including query response times and general usage patterns. This data cannot be traced to individual users.

Data Residency

All data is stored and processed in the AWS Bahrain region. Data is never replicated or transferred outside the region. We comply fully with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Your Rights

• Access your personal data and request a copy
• Request deletion of your data (completed within 30 days)
• Export your workspace data at any time
• Withdraw consent for data processing

Data Security

We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Enterprise workspaces receive dedicated encryption keys that you control.
