What We Do

ZeroForget AI is an enterprise knowledge intelligence platform that connects workplace tools — Slack, Notion, GitHub, Confluence, SharePoint, and 20 others — to automatically surface critical knowledge, track knowledge loss risks, and keep documentation up to date.

The Problem

Organizations lose institutional knowledge every day. Decisions are buried in Slack, processes are scattered across dozens of tools, and when experts leave — their knowledge leaves with them. Engineers call this "bus factor risk", and it costs enterprises millions annually in duplicated work, onboarding delays, and repeated mistakes.

Target Audience

We serve mid-size and large enterprises in Saudi Arabia and the GCC — particularly in banking, government, and technology sectors — where knowledge retention, PDPL compliance, and Vision 2030 digital transformation are top priorities.

The Product

ZeroForget AI is a live product deployed on AWS infrastructure (Ireland, eu-west-1) with GCC data residency. The platform includes:

  • AI-Powered Search — bilingual Arabic and English search across all connected tools using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Bus Factor Risk Detection — automatically identifies knowledge silos and single points of failure across teams
  • Documentation Drift Detection — alerts teams when documentation contradicts actual practices
  • Expert Connect — discovers who knows what across the organization
  • Knowledge Offboarding Automation — ensures knowledge is preserved when employees leave

Current Stage

The product is in early launch — deployed and live with pilot customers. Available for early access at zeroforget.ai. Enterprise-ready with full database-level tenant isolation, RBAC, audit logs, and AES-256 encryption at rest.

Our Story

It started with a WhatsApp message. After I got laid off, my former manager reached out — more than a manager, really, a mentor and a friend. He was searching for an infrastructure decision we had made together, buried somewhere in old Slack threads. The knowledge existed — but it was effectively invisible. That message kicked off the idea.

Every organization suffers from the same thing: critical knowledge is scattered across dozens of tools. The truth is, knowledge doesn't leave the day someone walks out — it leaves gradually, every day, in conversations that never get surfaced again.
